Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During high-demand periods (such as festive sales or launches), processing time may extend by a few days.
Shipping Partners & Delivery Time
We ship across India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Other major cities: 5–7 business days

Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹60 applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available at select pin codes with an additional fee of ₹50.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner link.
You can track your order status anytime using the tracking details provided.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping may incur additional charges.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care to ensure your products reach you safely. In case your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

We will review and assist with an exchange or replacement as per our policy.
