We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders. Exchanges are available only in the case of damaged or defective products received. -
Mandatory Unboxing Video:
To process an exchange request, customers must share a complete unboxing video showing the package being opened from the start — without any cuts or edits. This helps us verify product damage caused during transit or dispatch. -
Exchange Eligibility:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exchanges are applicable only for the same product or another product of equal value.

Price Difference:
If the selected exchange product is of lesser value, the balance amount will be credited to your store wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
If it is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference. -
Approval & Process:
Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, our team will coordinate the return pickup and replacement dispatch.
